Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba is the Chief Executive of Lucky Cement Limited, succeeding his late father in 2005. He is the Chairman of Lucky Motors Corporation (LMC), Younus Textile Mills Limited and Lucky Electric Power Company Limited (LEPCL).
Mr Tabba also plays a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership to ICI Pakistan Limited, as its Vice Chairman.
Mr. Tabba started his career with Yunus Brothers Group (YBG) – a family conglomerate in 1991. YBG is one of the premier business houses in Pakistan with diversified interests in Building Materials, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Textiles, Automotive and Real Estate Development.
Mr. Tabba is the Chairman of Pakistan Textile Council (PTC), a think tank, advocacy and research-based body. He is also the Chairman of All Pakistan Cement Manufacturing Association (APCMA), a regulatory body of cement manufacturers in Pakistan. In the recent past, he has been Chairman of Pakistan Business Council (PBC), a business advocacy forum comprising of leading private sector businesses.
Muhammad Ali Tabba has extensive engagements in many Community Welfare Projects, and serves on the Board of Governors at renowned Universities, Institutions and Foundations. He is the Vice Chairman of the Non-Profit organization, Aziz Tabba Foundation (ATF). The Foundation is working extensively in the field of Social Welfare, Education, Health and Housing. The Foundation runs two state-of-the-art Hospitals in Karachi; a 170 bed Tabba Heart Institute (THI) which is a dedicated Cardiac Care Hospital, and a 100 bed Tabba Kidney Institute (TKI), a specialized institution, providing comprehensive treatment for Nephro-Urological disorder.
In recognition of his outstanding services and contributions in the social development sector of Pakistan, World Economic Forum (WEF), bestowed the title of Young Global Leader (YGL) to Muhammad Ali Tabba in in 2010. He is also the recipient of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry “Businessman of the Year” Gold Medal Award for 2012- 2013.
Government of Pakistan has awarded Mr Tabba with the Sitara-E-Imtiaz Award in 2018.

Mr. Tabba, the Chairman of ICI Pakistan Limited started as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of ICI Pakistan Limited in 2012 and was appointed as Chairman of the Company in 2014. He is also Chairman of NutriCo Morinaga (Private) Limited, the state-of-the-art infant formula manufacturing facility, which was established in Pakistan as a joint venture with Morinaga Milk Industry Co. Ltd., Japan and Unibrands (Private) Limited. Mr. Tabba’s leadership, personal credibility and strong interpersonal skills have been instrumental to the success of this joint venture.
Mr. Tabba’s relentless energy, his vision, and his ability to think outside the box created LuckyOne Mall, which attracts people from all walks of life. His vision was to provide a world-class entertainment facility for children which materialized as Onederland at LuckyOne Mall.
Besides being the Chairman of Yunus Energy Limited and CEO of Lucky Energy (Private) Limited and Lucky One (Private) Limited; he is Director of Lucky Cement Limited, Lucky Motor Corporation Limited, Lucky Electric Power Company Limited and several other companies. Mr. Tabba’s strong social presence in the business community has led him to become the founding member and first Vice President of the Italian Development Council. He is playing an instrumental role in contributing to the educational landscape of Pakistan by serving on the Board of Governors of the Textile Institute of Pakistan. He has also previously served on the board of Hamdard University.
Driven towards contributing to the community, Mr. Tabba is playing a pivotal role as a Director of Aziz Tabba Foundation that runs the Tabba Heart and Kidney Institutes in addition to other welfare projects. Mr. Tabba’s determination to contribute to the community has transformed the children emergency rooms of the government hospitals. He became the Founding Trustee of ChildLife Foundation Pakistan in 2012. His contributions to the healthcare sector of Sindh and Baluchistan has manifested in the treatment of 4 million children in ChildLife Emergency Rooms and 4.7 million children in ChildLife Clinics. In the past decade, ChildLife Foundation has evolved extraordinarily and today, 11 contemporary emergency rooms are functioning efficiently in the under-resourced hospitals of Sindh, Balochistan and Punjab.
Mr. Jawed Tabba has a rich experience in the textile industry and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Lucky Textile Mills Limited. His untiring efforts helped him acquire deep insight and expertise into export and manufacturing activities. He has been instrumental in managing the textile concerns of the Yunus Brothers Group (YBG) and has transformed Lucky Textile Mills into one of the premier Textile Companies in Pakistan. Lucky Textile Mills is among the top five home textile exporters from Pakistan and it has been a story of rapid expansion and diversification in the textile industry under his leadership and guidance. He is also the Vice Chairman of Yunus Brothers Group.
Mr. Tabba serves on the Board & related sub-committees of Lucky Cement Limited, ICI Pakistan Limited, Gadoon Textile Mills Limited, Lucky Electric Power Company Limited and Kia Lucky Motors Pakistan Limited. He is keenly involved in the formulation of vision, strategies & governance structures of these companies.
Mr. Jawed Yunus Tabba is also managing the Real Estate Project Luckyone, which is one of the largest shopping malls in Pakistan. Lucky one is a multi-faceted, first of its kind regional shopping mall which has revolutionized the shopping experience in Karachi, Pakistan.
Socially Mr. Jawed Yunus Tabba is extensively engaged in community welfare projects which include the Aziz Tabba Foundation (ATF), which is working extensively in the field of social welfare, education, health and housing. He is also a member of Young President Organization (YPO).
Mr. Hassan Tabba serves as a Director at Lucky Electric Power Company. He is also the Chief Executive of Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTM), a state-of-the-art home textile mill with subsidiaries in North America and Europe. Hassan spearheads YTM, while playing a pivotal role in providing strategic vision to the Organization.
Following his graduation in 2019 from Bentley University in Business & Finance, he has been working on developing corporate strategy for YTM. He has not only developed the organizational culture to promote transparency and collaboration throughout the organization but has also worked on developing partnerships with company stakeholders, shareholders, industry regulators and other relevant parties. Mr. Tabba has actively participated in planning new projects and served in an excellent manner for expansion and development of his organization.

Mr Haqqi has completed his Marine Engineering Training from the Pakistan Marine Academy and went on to work with the Iran National Shipping Lines as Fifth and Fourth Engineer, the Gulf East Ship Management Hong Kong as Fourth, Third and Second Engineer, Income Shipping London as Engineer Superintendent and finally he joined Lucky Cement Limited as Director Power Generation. Mr Haqqi has 25 years of rich experience with the shore power industry in Pakistan. During his wide experience of merchant navy, he had a chance to have meetings, negotiations and finalized the technical contract deals for various equipment. He is currently the Executive Director - Technical at Lucky Electric Power Company Limited.
Atif Kaludi, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of diverse working experience in different roles, industries & markets in Senior Management roles in Finance, Operations, Business & General Management.
He is currently Director Finance & CFO at Lucky Cement Limited (which is a leading producer and exporter of Cement and one of the largest conglomerates in Pakistan) and has been associated with the Company since January 2020. He has not only strengthened the Finance, Information Technology and Legal functions of the Company but has also played a key role in various strategic and cross-functional initiatives taken up by the Company. Mr. Kaludi was associated with Engro Powergen Thar Ltd. and EFERT Agritrade Ltd. as a Board Member from 2016 to 2019. Presently, he is a Board Member of Lucky Electric Power Company Limited. Prior to Lucky Cement, Mr. Atif worked with Engro in multiple senior management roles in Finance, Operations & Business Managementwhere he led financial excellence initiatives that gave strong bottom-line results. Prior to Engro he was associated with Ernst & Young Pakistan, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Atif has also attended various international & local trainings at institutions which include INSEAD & LUMS.
Mr. Ruhail Muhammad’s career spans over 30 years in General Management, Business Development, Strategy, Financial Planning and People Development. He has held various C-suite positions in companies focused on a diverse range of activities from Chemicals to Energy to Polymer production. Prior to joining Lucky Electric he was the CEO of Hub Power Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of HUBCO and Pakistan’s largest IPP. He was responsible for managing the growth portfolio of HUBCO, including existing coal-based power plants. His responsibilities included evaluating onshore & offshore acquisitions, project financing, economic evaluation of all growth projects and financial re-engineering to support the growth vision of the company. Previously, he was the CEO of Engro Fertilizers from 2012-2018. He served on the Boards of Engro Corp and various Engro subsidiaries including as Chairman of Engro Vopak and Engro LNG Terminal. In addition, he has also served on the Boards of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, British Overseas School, KP Energy Board (PEDO) and as Chairman of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited. He is a CFA Charter Holder and holds an MBA degree from Institute of Business Administration, Pakistan. He has attended the Advance Management Program at INSEAD as well has an Agri-Business certification from the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Zulfiqar Rana is a Mechanical Engineer and holds MBA in Project Management. He brings over 32 years of experience in the power sector in energy sector reforms, development, execution, operations and management across multiple power plants. Mr. Rana has worked with some of the world's largest power companies in Leadership roles. Prior to joining Lucky Electric Power Company, he has served O&M Solutions, ThalNova Power, AES Pakistan and ACWA Power in senior management roles. He also led the business development team of AES Pakistan that successfully completed the detailed feasibility study for 1200MW Coal fired power plant in Pakistan .
Mr. Naeem Kasbati is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and a Certified Public Accountant from American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over 30 years of experience with expertise in streamlining operations, cost reduction, strategizing, financial planning, reporting and fund management. Mr. Kasbati has been associated with the power sector for over seventeen years in senior management positions and has played an integral role in strategic decision making for leading organizations in the sector.
Mr. Asad has over 30 years of experience and has headed local and international organizations and his area of expertise include planning and development of industrial and infrastructure projects. Mr. Asad completed his Bachelor’s in Engineering from Southern Illinois University (SIU), USA and Masters in Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Taxila, Pakistan. Mr. Asad began his professional career from Office of the City Engineer, City of Kirkwood, Missouri, USA and then joined Lucky Cement Limited as 'Assistant Manager Civil'. Since February 2015 Mr. Asad is part of Lucky Electric Power Company Limited.
Mr. Rizvi comes with over 25 years of diversified experience in developing and executing large scale, multi-billion dollar green & brown-field projects involving both local and foreign sponsors from private and public sector. Further, he has over 15 years of hands-on experience in design, engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance of chemical fertilizer plants.
Prior to joining Lucky Electric Power Company, he was Chief Executive Officer of Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company. He has to his credit successful construction and making operational Pakistan’s 1st open-pit coal mine in collaboration with multiple foreign contractors and consultants based on a sustainable and inclusive development model.
During his professional career Mr. Rizvi also served Engro Powergen Thar Limited and Engro Fertilizer Limited in various leadership roles.
He has done his Bachelors & Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and also completed Leadership program from INSEAD, France.
Mr. Moiz is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of diversified experience in Strategy, General Management, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Audit. His past experience includes project management including financial close of a power project.
Prior to joining Lucky Electric Power Company, he was serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Habibullah Coastal Power Company.
