This role involves performing receptionist duties, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with general office administration to ensure efficient front desk operations
Major Accountabilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, direct them to appropriate personnel, and manage calls.
- Maintain a tidy reception area, manage mail, and ensure office supplies and kitchen items are stocked.
- Provide accurate information via phone/email and assist with scheduling and bookings.
- Uphold office security by monitoring access and managing visitor logs.
- Perform administrative tasks, including document preparation and general support.
- Oversee and coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office areas.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: B. Com, BA, or relevant degree is required
- Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience as admin associate or receptionist
