JOB DESCRIPTION: Assisting in the preparation of budgets Managing records and receipts Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions Preparing balance sheetsa Processing invoices Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process Providing customer service to clients Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required Proper Documentation

Requirements: Proven work experience as a finance Officer or similar role Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures. Experience using financial software Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of financial regulations Excellent analytical and numerical skills Sharp time management skills Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Proven working experience as Payroll Executive People oriented and results driven Knowledge of HR systems and databases
